You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in excellent condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging.

Note: This Return Policy does not apply to MiraMate Nail Cold Laser, MiraMate Nose and Throat Cold Laser, and MiraMate Feminine Cold Laser due to the nature of these devices.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

If your return is approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take about 5 – 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Shipping and a restocking fee of 15% of the item price (item price does not include shipping costs) are not refundable, which will be deducted from the refund.


You will be responsible for return shipping fees and customs, which are nonrefundable as well.

It is strongly suggested to purchase insurance on the return shipment. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, you will not be eligible for a refund. It is also suggested to get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure MiraMate receives the package. MiraMate is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process.

You may have to pay customs duties or VAT for products you purchased.

On 1 July 2021, the import VAT exemption for consignments with a value of €22 (or less) will be removed in the EU. All the EU orders will have to pay for the VAT during customs clearance. The same applies to orders in the UK as well. For customers in other countries, whether you have to pay for the VAT and the amount being charged will depend on your local customs policies.

The estimated time of delivery is provided by the carriers. In most cases, deliveries can be made on time, but there are also some factors beyond our control such as customs and border security that may delay some deliveries.
